Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

Incorrect Addresses

Lost or Stolen Packages

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review your claim and determine an appropriate resolution.
