How long does shipping take?
Most orders are delivered within 7–14 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, orders are processed for shipment and cannot be canceled.
Do you accept returns?

What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review your claim and provide a replacement if approved.
Do you offer refunds?
